MMC71 Multi-Material Cutter

Model MMC71 Multi-Material Cutter is capable of cutting a wide range of materials, including flat material up to 3.3” inches wide, tubing up to 3/16” OD, and wire up to 14 AWG stranded or 16 AWG solid. The MMC71 works great on flat material such as heat shrink tubing, tapes, foils, ribbon cable and more, and is even capable of cutting silicone tubing. The machine is easily programmable, offering ten fixed feed rates, ten fixed cut rates, and storage for up to 99 batches and 10 kits (depending on available memory). Material guides are easily adjustable for each application. Additional guide kits are available to allow multiple pieces of the same material to be cut at the same time, increasing operator efficiency and production rate. M700C Modular Series Controller

The M700C (Control) Module is auto sensing and operates over the input power range of 100 – 240 VAC at 50/60Hz. While the feeder module (M700F) is optional, you will need to purchase one or more cutter modules (M700TW, M700ST, M700LT).

The M700F Feeder Module feeds material to precise lengths for cutting with other modules or can be used alone to feed compatible systems.

The M700TW Tube and Wire Cutter Module uses a pneumatic guillotine style cutter head to cut copper wire gauges up to 10 AWG stranded or 12 AWG solid and cut tubing up to 3/8” (9.5mm) OD.

The M700ST Small Tube Cutter Module utilizes Eraser’s rotary style cutter head that can cut many grades of tubing up to 1/2” (12.7mm) OD.

MR30A Hand-Held Air-Operated Cutter

This hand-held air-operated cutter uses 85 PSI and creates 617 lbs. of cutting force. It cuts .130″ OD copper, .110″ OD steel and .047″ OD piano wire with diagonal, clipper or end type cuts depending on die. Diagonal carbide blades are also available.
